How long will the recordings be available?


Access will expire in 2021.

What are my login credentials?


Login using the email and password you used when you registered for Bootcamp. If you do not remember your password or need to reset, email peak@commpartners.com.

How do I access archived recordings of the sessions?


You can access archived recordings the same way you logged into the conference and sessions.

Can I view the sessions on my mobile device?


Yes, the sessions are viewable on mobile devices.

How do I access the sessions?


Navigate to the “Sessions” section on the menu bar. You can access each session by selecting the appropriate section on the agenda. Click on “View Session” to learn more about the session and the speakers. To enter the live session, just click on the “Contents” tab, then “View Session”. You will be able to view and enter live sessions 5 minutes prior to the session’s scheduled start time.

I can't get into the session!


The site has been optimized for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. If you typically use Internet Explorer, please use another browser.

If you are using the approved browsers and are still having trouble accessing the session, please note you will be able to view and enter live sessions 5 minutes prior to the session’s scheduled start time. If you have arrived too soon, try refreshing your browser.

Why can't I hear the session?


Please try these steps to troubleshoot any audio issues:

  1. Check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off. Play a video other than your session to see if you can hear it.
  2. Refresh your browser by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button directly in your web browser.
  3. Other Recommendations: It is recommended that you use a PC or MAC with an updated Internet Browser. Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your Internet browser settings and that your internet browser is Active X enabled. Wifi is not recommended. WiFi signal strength can vary causing bandwidth to increase or decrease. We recommend a wired connection. A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth. A wired connection provides a better experience. Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure your computer is equipped with speakers or the room where the conference is being broadcast is equipped with speakers so you can hear the presenters.

Why can't I see the session?

  1. Ensure your organization meets hardware, software and bandwidth requirements well in advance. Please take the following browser test: https://events.commpartners.com/webcasts/browsertest/
  2. Please use either Google Chrome or Firefox to access the sessions.

Was PEAK User Group canceled?


CommPartners' 2020 PEAK User-Group Conference was scheduled to be held at Nationals Park on July 30 & 31, 2020. We were looking forward to having our learning community join us in person. In light of the current pandemic, we have decided that it's best for the health of our guests and our staff to postpone our on-site PEAK User-Group Conference to the summer of 2021. Stay tuned for more information as we finalize the details for next summer.

Will I earn CAE credit when I attend 2020 PEAK Virtual Bootcamp?


Yes, you can earn CAE credits by attending PEAK Virtual Bootcamp.

How do I attend 2020 PEAK Virtual Bootcamp?


After registering, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log in, test the technology, and navigate the website the day prior to the Bootcamp.

Do I have to attend all the sessions?


2020 PEAK Virtual Bootcamp will be Friday, July, 31 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST and will have four, one-hour sessions. You do not have to attend all the sessions. The sessions were designed to work both independently and to build upon each other.

Do you have to be a CommPartners client to attend?


Absolutely not! This conference is open to anyone who is learning to adapt to the changing world of virtual events. If you're about to plan your first Virtual Conference or you're looking to add more tools to your planning toolkit, you will walk away with tangible skills.

Will the sessions be recorded?


Of course! Our sessions will be recorded and can be viewed by those who have registered.

Refund/Cancellation Policy


  • Registrants of the 2020 PEAK User Group Conference will have the difference of registration fees refunded. You're registration from PEAK User Group Conference has been transferred to 2020 Virtual PEAK Bootcamp.
  • Submit cancellation request on or before June 30, 2020 for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Submit cancellation request on or before July 1 - 20, 2020 for a 50% refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Submit cancellation request on or before July 21 - 30, 2020 will not receive a refund but registration can be transferred to a colleague.
